We can leave the crust off of any cheesecake to create a gluten free option. We do not use flour in any of our cheesecake filling. It is best to contact us to ensure we bring you a gluten free dessert, as we can customize your order.

Cheesecake is a temperature sensitive delicacy. It is best to keep this product refrigerated. Recommend not leaving at for more than 2 hours at room temperature.
Absolutely! We recommend to wrap cheesecake well in saran wrap then in aluminum foil to maintain freshness. This method will reduce freezer burn. You can store your cheesecake for up to a year! Freshness quality/length depends on how well cheesecake is wrapped before freezing.
Remove cheesecake from the freezer. Unwrap cheesecake from the saran wrap and foil. If you have a container to place in then place into refrigerator. This will begin the dethaw process, bringing the cheesecake to temp in a safe process.
Slice: 2-3 hours
Whole: 4-6 hours, possibly longer.
